Return Policy

All products sold by Y Axis Printing LLC are made to order. Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Sales@yaxisprinting.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund. No return shipping required for confirmed defects.

All Other Returns

Because every product is made to order in your chosen color, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, color preference, or sizing decisions that were available at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you have questions about fit, color, or compatibility before ordering, message us first — we're happy to help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at Sales@yaxisprinting.com.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
